Bad Blood Storyline I Did For Vince Russo

Dear Reader,

Enjoy this great wrestling storyline that I wrote for Vince Russo. I hope that you enjoy the content of the story.

Spoiled Blood Part One..
Storyline:

Rhino is making calls that he's trying to keep from the other wrestlers around him. He is showing a great deal of concern over something and shows Joe E Legend a note that he has gotten. It makes Joe E Legend very nervous and he tells him that he will not let anything happen to her.

We see the situation with Rhino and Joe E Legend getting notes, post it notes on their locker room doors or gifts that make them nervous or really anxious. The pair continue to take their anger out on other tag teams.

During these weeks we see a series of mystery videos that are full of clues. The night that Rhino and Joe E Legend are up for a title match the video plays while they are in the ring from Raven's flock member telling some of the personal history of Joe and Rhino have shared with Raven. Also some of their personal history between each other and the 'her'.

(Doing the reality element will help to keep any viewers that the show picks up from the Reality TV show audience while keeping it in the wrestling bubble for the audience that is currently watching the show.)

About four weeks in we see Rhino and Joe E Legend get a chance to win the tag team titles. Rhino and Joe do whatever they can to win the titles, close to the end of the match Raven appears costing them the titles.

Raven is complaining about the past and he is sharing personal stories between the four of them. He explains that there was more history to the three of them no one ever knew and that he had some bad blood. Raven exposes that Joe E Legend is always the “saviour of Rhino”. But no more.
The Flock appear around the ring and Rhino backs up with Joe, they are really out numbered. When the Flock divides in half Rhino and Joe try to fight them off, but they are beaten down. Joe is taken from the ring and dragged to the back, limp. Raven laughs during the whole event.

Over several weeks we see Joe being put through some horrific things by Raven or his Flock members as they try to get Joe to see their truth. Raven constantly taunts Rhino through out these videos as Rhino turns up every week to not find Joe there. Rhino constantly searches the buildings that they are in, however always being two seconds to late. He is put through tag team matches, handicap matches and other embarrassing matches while he tries to get a shot at Raven.
Raven is always dropping hints to Rhino about what it would take to get his friend back. He even goes so far as to tell Rhino that he has met Rhino's little secret and the secret will not be kept.
Blood or friendship?

Rhino finally begs even pleads for a match against Raven, but Raven keeps refusing or using his powerful lawyer to get of it. This goes on for several weeks, including Raven getting out of his own match “The Clockwork Orange.”

Raven shows Rhino him going into a hotel room and we see Rhino going frantic at ring side. Him finding a Flock member and beating him until the rest of the roster pulls him off. We see Raven shut the door with a huge smile on his face and Rhino takes off running to his car.

The following week the viewer learns that when Rhino gets to the room his twenty something daughter is mission. The commentators are adding to the storyline as it plays out. They say that Raven has gone to far. This leads to Raven appearing on the screen saying he's not gone far enough.
The viewer sees the manager of the show giving Rhino the night off and he doesn't want it. Rhino's desperate to face and destroy someone. After intimating the manager Rhino gets a match that he wants. He's facing one of Raven's Flock members in “Weapons For All Match” which is Rhino's version of Raven's favorite match.

During the match Joe E Legend pops up in the middle of the match with a totally different appearance and reaction towards his friend. There is a stare down before Joe attacks Rhino with a series of hard moves then with weapons. He's screaming at Rhino that he had to do this. How sorry he is.

The following week Rhino demands Joe to come out and instead he gets the Flock members. Rhino injures and takes out two members of the Flock before Stevie Richards joins Rhino where he fights against the Flock. Stevie says he has history with both Raven and Joe, he wants pay back. He joins Rhino's fight.

In the middle of the ring the following week Rhino breaks a limb of one of the Flock as he reminds Joe and Raven why he was called “the bone breaker.” Joe watches on the stage as he watches his friend laying hurt in the ring while his former best friends wants to do the same to him.

Opening A Door Into My Mind

Hello All,

www.kristalmckerrington.comI'm so excited today as I have had the chance today to get into a topic that I wanted to talk to you all about for some time now. People ask me all the time why or how the creation of my nationwide released series "Marie's World" book one came about. I decided to write an article about it. Well I guess that this would be classed as blog.

I want to take a moment to say that I understand the frustrations of a writer who also wants to do whatever it takes to get into the world of writing wrestling. I, myself applied to WWE and TNA a few times. I was rejected at least by WWE and just ignored by TNA.When I applied to TNA I had some friends in the company pass a good word on for me. Nothing helped. I want to thank them for their help. Same with WWE, I know that there is man there who wants me there but can't help me.

This brings me to a man who touched me recently in a Podcast I was listening too when I was taking a break from writing. I was actually playing Minecraft listening to the #TheBrand on Itunes when I heard Jeff Lane's story. His words moved me to write this and of course write an open message to him through this outlet.  I admire his work that he is doing with Vince Russo and #TheBrand. I know what your going to say, oh I have to say that as I write for them.

Well if you hadn't notice I haven't posted any blogs or storylines with them. We are currently trying to think of something I can do so that I can work with one of the men who changed my life. Vince Russo. I also want to thank Vince as I know that not enough people do. But he really did change my life. He allowed me to believe that there was a way I could be apart of the wrestling world by following it through the writing avenue since I couldn't be out in front of the people wrestling.

Okay onto why we are all here.......

https://twitter.com/K_McKerringtonAt a young age I use to wrestle on my hospital bed with a small boy called Liam. I was raised half my life in a hospital called Aberdeen Royal Sick Children's Infirmary. We use to wrestle and all I wanted to do is that. Not understanding that my arthritis would strip me of that dream. A group of my friends were really into the wrestling scene, to us these people understood what it meant to be in pain all the time. It wasn't the storylines for us or the fancy fights. The strange thing it was the idea they knew what real pain is, what made us watch. We felt less alone.

I lived in a ward that was for children who were fighting immune system diseases or cancer so its hard to understand to think how many of us are no longer here. That was another reason that I started to write the stories that appear in the "Marie's World" series. One of my friends told me I had to write down all the stories so they wouldn't be forgotten.

The first of our group to not make it through the trials of his own condition was Liam who died at a really young age from complications of his condition and it crushed me as well as my friends. We faced death and understood what it meant from as young as 3 years old to battle for ones life. What it meant to lose a friend.

However it wasn't till I was like 5 or 6 that my friend who I have used her stage name. "Kayla" came up with the idea of the form of Street Dance that we were going to go on to learn. Our version wasn't about the routines, it was about the storylines. Telling stories that would entertain the crowds we were going to perform in front.

The source of the dance form came from the 1940s-1950s performance style of dance known as Apache. Its a violent style of dance and that was just to out there. So Kayla wanted to modernize it and what she came up with was using a mixture of wrestling moves in with the dance moves we were learning. We actually called it "Flying" for years as we spent most of our time up in the air.

Wrestling had saved my life a few times as there was a lot of moments in my childhood when I was alone and didn't know what to do. I wanted to give up on life and to stop fighting my condition which was very hard on me.  So I would do what I could to adapt wrestling ideas and moves into the form of dance. It was hard on my body and I'm still suffering the side effects of this style of dance to this day. Almost 8 years on from when I retired. I also was used to create the storylines that passed between the characters that preformed in the places we got booked.

I didn't start to write our dance characters coming up against wrestling until I was 16-17 when I had encountered several wrestlers who were shady. I started to understand that I could use the storylines in dance and add wrestlers into it. I tried to publish the series a few times and it wasn't going well I couldn't get the wrestling part just right until I met a group of wrestlers in 2011 who would change my writing career again.

Through Kid Kash and Rhino I had my faith restored in the wrestlers and I found myself having the strength to write more of the stories that were attached to my original idea. Still I was struggling to come up with a great storyline that worked with wrestlers in it. After a email hit my inbox like God had answered my prayers. I stumbled upon a wrestler who was willing to take part in this out of the box idea. That wrestler was no other than Joe E Legend and very soon he became my co-author.

https://www.facebook.com/SusanFamilySeriesTogether we managed to make "Marie's World" well rounded for wrestling fans and of course the dance fans. It wasn't easy and it was hard time to get our ideas to knit together.

I would never have written these books and had some of the top people in the world of entertainment, wrestling and acting if it wasn't for a man who started me writing the books seriously years earlier. "Marie's World" would never existed if Vince Russo hadn't given me hope through an email conversation we shared. It wasn't just our email conversation that had an influence on me.

My dance character had been created between mixtures of Raven who I had watched when he worked at ECW and when I watched Vince Russo on TV.  I wanted to be the female version of him and Raven. Those who know Marie (the dance character) believe I did an good job at mixing the pair.

My dance character was called "Marie" taken from my middle names and I was a unhinged character to whom the men often chained or did crazy stunts with. They expected a higher level of performance from me because of the character I had created. So when my artform died. I wanted it to be remembered somehow so I looked at the books Vince Russo was doing. The fact there were nothing like the books that I wanted to put out. That was one of the final pieces that pushed me to do the wrestling romance book series.

I'm one book into the series and despite the hassles that Joe along with me have experienced. I have found that its the readers, Jeff Lane, Vince Russo and the wrestlers who are keeping me going to write the rest of the series. I have almost 5 more books finished and I'm doing what I can to make sure that they a published. I think that those who know me, know how important this series will always be to me.

Especially two friends in Scotland who have been asking about the second book for some time now. I have found myself knowing that taking wrestling and dance, romance piling it into one series. Well its what the wrestling fans want, this interests the dance fans and now romance readers are becoming wrestling fans. I have had some dance fans who have become wrestling fans too. So if I can help wrestling and make it a better industry for everyone then that is what I will do.

I just hope that Marie's World also makes those who are in power in all the industries think twice about some of the things that are going on with their talent. I will say that I know that the WWE or TNA aren't going to be calling me any time soon or ever. That is what makes my series even more special, I know the book has crossed their desks and I know that I have at least tried to give the fans something new.

My books are all about storylines, drama and not about the action. If I leave you with anything I hope it is that I did this for two sets of friends. One group who are no longer with me and for those wrestling friends I have made.

I hope that you will read Marie's World and make up your mind if I and Joe give you the sort of storyline that your missing. Even if you don't like it I hope that I leave you walking with some sort of reaction towards the book.

Is Dolph Ziggler WWE's Romance Guy?

Dear all,

I first of all want to thank you for venturing into my sphere of what I have noticed in wrestling as of late. I have found myself disheartened by those who have left and the situations to which we have all been forced to listen or read or watch unfold before our very eyes. With all these Podcasts around its hard to not get sucked into the loop.

For me recently something hit me like an apple falling from a tree and hitting me square in the head. Properly better than a lot of the kicks I have seen pulled off as of late.  (Yes sad and seriously over used) Anywho, back to my thoughts in question. The thought was rather simple that I wondered why I hadn't seen one of the million of reporters to do with wrestling out there talk about it. Even mention it.

Is it just me or is Dolph Ziggler is the go to guy for romance screw up storylines.

I have started to dread seeing females out there managing the male wrestlers because I know that at some point in the near future they are going to end up being listed on Dolph Zigglers *character* bed post. I'm sure that is more than exciting for him, but not for me.

Here is a wrestler I actually remember getting his start in WWE. It was about the time that I was starting to see a desperate struggle for them to keep the success rolling that they had. Over the twenty years of watching it. Well since I was 5 years old, I noticed something. There is always a romance guy. Horrible romance storylines but a romance guy all the same.

Matt Hardy was the face for that particular role for a really long time and I have to say the best one to pull it off. Maybe because it was more real than fake who knows. Edge played that part and he was really good at it also. I'm sure that he got some tips for Joe E Legend along the way. Chris Jericho did it really well and I think still to this day has women falling over guard rails for him.

Triple H was the romance guy and there was so many others that I don't want to bore you. I will say that several wrestlers have tried to do what Dolph does so well and fails. Fantango, John Cena are just two that I will name.

Daniel Bryan pulled it off very well with CM Punk while they were going through a flux on storylines. I guess that this comes to me feeling sorry for Dolph, mainly because he is the man to whom has to make these females look good enough to go off on their own. Not all of them do so well without him. Its not that Dolph needs some nice woman hanging off his arm and sometimes over acting, but he does it to help them.

Whether he means to or not.

I started to wonder if Dolph ever left WWE who the next romance guy would be. There is no one on the current roster that I could put my finger on and say he is the next one. I'm not a hundred percent sure if I will ever like the idea of him being used in this way.

I think there could be more to Dolph and I have to say that the only man to whom could have out done him in this role yet never got used in that way. I would have to say was "Sugar Shane Helms".

So after that bombshell of a thought, I will leave you to get back to your every day lives. Until I know when or if I will be posting for Vince Russo again, please feel free to subscribe and you will get all the latest here.
